In November 2002, Northside Transport purchased its first tractor and trailer, starting in the transportation industry hauling construction equipment in the Lower Mainland. 

The company grew quickly and gained a strong reputation of being both customer and service oriented and has now grown to 18 trucks. In our fleet, we have unique tandem and tridem bi-fold ramp trailers, RGN (removable gooseneck) trailers, with axle combinations ranging from 5-11 axles, capable of handling up to 150,000 lbs.  We take pride in serving our customers in the Lower Mainland from Whistler to Hope, all of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Washington & Oregon, USA.

From the beginning, Northside Transports has been a family business in every sense of the word. The Crawford sons grew up in the business and were driving trucks at a very young age. Rusty and Cindy work as a team in the office, Tylor in the shop, Ryan and Kyle in the trucks and Kyle's wife Mandy in the pilot truck.
